Snow fell lightly from the darkened sky, coating the already white, covered ground. It was an unusually cold and crisp night in Futago Pass; and Jerome was sitting in a clearing, away from the rest of the group. It was past midnight, and he hadnt slept yet. Tonight, he decided to watch the moon in silence and had been doing so since the rest of the group had fallen asleep. The German Shepard stared intently at the bright full moon, not moving a muscle, transfixed on the sheer beauty of it. Silence was thick in the night air, covering the area like a blanket.
